5 Eats on Carnaby Street

If you are looking for a place to eat around Carnaby Street, you will not want to miss these five places.

For the eccentric diner...

head to Bob Bob Ricard where you will find "Press for Champagne" buttons at every table. As you can imagine, this place is known for pouring the most champagne of any restaurant in the United Kingdom (I might have attributed to that number). If you're more than one person, you'll want to order the Beef Wellington but leave room for dessert so you can order the BBR Signature Chocolate Glory.  This place is like stepping into a Wes Anderson film -- enjoy and have fun!

For the Renaissance man (and gal)...

check out POLPO, which has won the Michelin Guide's Bib Gourmand for the last six consecutive years. It's not your typical Italian restaurant -- they offer simple but elegant Venetian dishes. It's a great place to regroup after a busy day exploring London with its tucked away location and intimate rustic interior.

For the indecisive eaters...

you will love Dehesa, a tapas restaurant representing Spain and Italy with dishes ranging from charcuterie to seafood. Pick two to three dishes from each category and enjoy!

For those who consider Pizza a food group...

head to Pizza Pilgrim for some seriously good pizza. The crust alone will make you daydream about your next opportunity to eat here.

For large groups (or large appetites)...

Ping Pong Soho serves Dim Sum, cocktails, and Chinese teas which will keep your group well-fed and happy.
